It was such an honor to get to fly to Reno for Kenzie and Tyler’s wedding in the Reno, NV Temple. The mountains,  trees and scenery were GORGEOUS!! I wish I could take every set of bridal photos there!! The forecast all week had been looking like it was going to rain, and at the last minute the reception had to be moved from her grandparents beautiful backyard to the church cultural hall.  It got so cold that it actually snowed during the reception and we went outside for a few snowy pictures. If rain is good luck on your wedding day, snow is most certainly good luck and these two have a lifetime of good things coming their way.

We had so much fun at their engagement session this past summer and when I started their formal pictures, Tyler couldn’t keep his eyes off Kenzie. I loved watching them interact with each other and the way they looked at each other. I could feel the love and respect, and it makes me happy that they found each other and can be together forever. They needed very little coaching or posing because they were so genuine. They met at church, dated and fell in love. Her dad knew it was serious when she started attending institute {a scripture study class} because Tyler was in the class.  The things we do for the opposite sex!!

They were so sweet and made the best of the situation with moving everything inside. It all turned out beautiful and their family worked a miracle to move everything and create this beautiful reception for them. I immediately felt welcomed and accepted as part of their crew and I had a great time getting to know more about their family and friends and capturing their special day. And I made some new friends in the process! 🙂

Kenzie and Tyler, I wish you all the best in your future together. I hope you continue to find happiness, joy and excitement in your journey together and that you always remember and cherish the love you felt on your wedding day. Good luck in Indianapolis, they are lucky to have you!!
