AMBER & HER GIRLS || TIBBLE FORK UTAH PHOTO SHOOT

While I was in Utah last month, I was able to take several of my siblings photos {look for all their blog posts in the next few days}. This is my sister and her two beautiful girls. We had so much fun going up American Fork Canyon to Tibble Fork to take their family photos. We stopped at a cool bridge on our way up to the reservoir and took some beautiful photos of all three of them.

Amber moved to Utah in July of 2013, you can see our adventures of the great road trip here. Since she moved there {and long before that} she’s been through hell and back. It feels like it’s been one thing after another for too many years to count. Being a single mom is HARD, and being a single mom to two teenage girls is REALLY HARD!!

BUT, my sister is doing such a great job. Her girls are sweet and funny, they are kind and compassionate. They love each other and they are a great support to each other. My sister works full time for Marriott and continues to learn and grow at work. In addition she sells Thirty-One Gifts and somehow keeps it all together every day.

I LOVE the bright colors of their photos. I LOVE that they are silly and goofy and I love to capture their personalities. Every time I take their pictures, they have so much fun together, they laugh and play and I can tell that they have so much fun together and that they are so close to each other because they have to lean on each other through all the hard times.

To my sis, I hope that things are looking up for you. I hope that the “hard times” are fewer and farther between. I hope that you all know how much I love you and how proud I am of you for taking one step at a time, for being brave and strong and loving on each other every day.
